Postal first became available digitally via rental on November 15, 2001.[10] The game then became downloadable via Running With Scissors' online store on November 23, 2005,[11] followed by MacGameStore on November 1, 2006,[12] GamersGate on October 30, 2008,[13] GOG.com on April 22, 2009,[14] Direct2Drive on February 6, 2011,[15] and Steam on March 21, 2013.[16]
