For myself as well as anyone else who knows of a game that supports local multiplayer. Preferably include a reference.

Thanks again to User:Supersmo for these suggestions! Greatly appreciated.
GOG.com - (Source for all these):
Thanks to User:Amnioticentity for these! Source from the Steam "local co-op" category. Some of these may be referring to LAN play and not local single-device games, so I'll make note of any which I find are LAN and not local single-device for future updates to the list.
Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed http://store.steampowered.com/app/212480/
Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing http://store.steampowered.com/app/34190/ (Steam page doesn't say that it has multiplayer couch but i can confirm myself that it has because i've played it with friends)
Thanks for the suggestions. Those three games are already covered. This page doesn't show all games now because it has become too long; the "... further results" link leads to more pages of games.

Portal 2 Multi-Monitor Split Screen Topic on WSGF
i actually got both left 4 dead 1 and left 4 dead 2 working with 2 monitors
portal2 should be the same thing
some days ago i started writing a sketch of explanation here
don't hesitate to contact me if you have any answer
Awesome, thanks! If you complete this tell me and I'll mention it on this list.
I've added this to the list, great job!
no problems, i have always wanted about making a perfect splitscreen guide (the steam forum threads are really old and not maintained)
now, after really *a lot* of time, i think i perfectly reached the goal
i added the same fixes to L4D1 too
and the splitscreen bezel fix to portal 2
if you think my english can be further improved, don't hesitate to edit that
btw red faction guerrilla can hot-seat until 4 players
People keep mentioning that but I can't find any sources for Red Faction: Guerilla. If you can find anything, it'd be greatly appreciated.
I think I'm pretty much done for today, but I figured I'd leave a note for myself to add which games in the Native (Other) category were Freeware titles, as well as of course improving their references, OS, and player amount columns.
Magical Drop V - local 4 player, supports gamepads. (Thanks to an anonymous contributor who suggested this one)
EDIT: Source - Steam page
(sorry to edit your post and add, Reply or add thread is not working in my browser). Jazz Jackrabbit 2 allows four players (splitscreen). Also I remember playing 2 player in FIFA: Road to World Cup 98 using mouse (shared screen).Freedom (talk) 16:41, 31 March 2015 (EDT)
Thanks for the notice, we're moving the local multiplayer table to a more automated system soon. So if you just add the features to the games' respective Network tables that'll ensure they'll be included in the page.
Can we add itch.io category ?
Well, it should first be added to the list of recognized stores
You may want to open a new thread in the forums
This gets a preliminary OK from me (I like itch.io), we can add it to the availability tables later.
Confess, you like it just because there are linux games 乁( ◔ ౪◔)ㄏ
( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°) ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I wish this had a playable framerate.
Please comment in the forums.
I keep seeing people mentioning the FIFA games, NHL, etc, but I can't find any solid sources for separate titles, only the series overall. Anyone know of solid sources for any games in a sports series that have local versus modes?
i was asking.. why we should split this list between game available on steam and game which isn't available on that?
i think that -even though steam is nearly a synonym of pc gaming- it shouldn't matter someone where he can play together with his friend
I created this page, for the most part, for Steam Big Picture mode and the eventual Steam Machines, so I think designating that a game is on Steam is important for that.
