This happened after the November 2015 update on nvidia GEFORCE video card series that is not supported DirectX 12 by hardware. Before the update you can use 344.88 driver version that doesn't has DX12 support. Issue is successfully solved by KB3140743 update.

Disabling driver updates

Driver updates can only be disabled before they are actually downloaded.
Not all driver updates will be listed at first, however they can be disabled gradually.
