The game is contained on 7 CDs, with three install options. The minimum install requires 250 MB of space, and requires you to change CDs periodically. The standard install takes 450 MB space, and also requires the CDs, however it contains improved performance. The full install copies the entire game to the hard drive, removing the need for the CDs entirely. This takes 4.5 GB.
