Issues unresolved
- Unless otherwise noted, there are currently no known fixes or workarounds for these issues.
General instability
- Third-party overlays, API hooks, or graphics mods, such as the TeamSpeak overlay, FRAPS, or DSFix, can cause the game to become unstable.

Graphical issues with Intel HD integrated GPUs
- Not all Intel HD integrated GPUs cause graphical issues in-game. The only way to know if yours will is by playing the game.

Netcode issues
Desynchronization (de-sync)
- Work is ongoing to improve netcode and reduce or eliminate de-syncs.[2]
Item synchronization issues
- Items such as ammo boxes which are dropped by players cannot be picked up by other players.
Lag causes drop pods to kill players inside them
Gameplay issues
Corpse animations bugged
Rank and specialty stats don't stack
Game crashes when two people attempt to loot the same item
- This issue has mainly been reported with shotgun shell ammunition types.
Turrets cannot activate when objects placed near them
Creeps ignore a bunker's beacon
LAW targeting reticle does not change based on weapon's current area of effect
- When the LAW's area of effect (AOE) is increased through upgrading your character's weapons skills, the targeting reticle does not reflect the weapon's increased AOE.
GAR-GL requires grenade mod to add ammo
Autofire affects weapons which should not support it
- Weapons which should not support autofire include the LAW, grenade launcher, and shotgun.
Low FPS in Multiplayer
- When playing on the Central District map on Veteran difficulty and on Fast mode with primary and secondary objectives enabled, all players experience low FPS and absolutely no synchronization after Wave 9.[3]
- Has the side-effect of preventing players from damaging enemies.
- Developers are aware of the issue and are working on a permanent fix.
