Use DOSBox SVN Daum^[1]
Install DOSBox SVN Daum. Edit the DOSBox SVN Daum configuration file. Change `serial1=dummy` to `serial1=serialmouse` Run the game using DOSBox SVN Daum. The mouse will now work in-game.
