  1. Go to <path-to-game>\DearEsther_Data\Managed\
  2. Open Assembly-CSharp.dll with a hex editor such as HxD.
  3. Search for 39 8E E3 3F and replace it with 60 E5 18 40.
  4. Save the file.
  5. Edit the game launch options to include the -popupwindow parameter.
  6. Launch the game and choose the correct aspect ratio if needed.
