  1. Download a cracked CT3.exe and place it in the installation folder.
  2. Open CT3.exe with a hex editor such as HxD.
  3. Press Ctrl+F and set Datatype to Hex-values.
  4. Search for 8002 and click OK.
  5. Press F3 once.
  6. Replace 8002 and E001 with:
    • 0005 and D002 for 1280x720
    • 0005 and 0003 for 1280x768
    • 0005 and 2003 for 1280x800
    • 0005 and 0004 for 1280x1024
    • 5605 and 0003 for 1366x768
    • A005 and 8403 for 1440x900
    • 4006 and 8403 for 1600x900
    • 4006 and 0004 for 1600x1024
    • 4006 and B004 for 1600x1200
    • 9006 and 1A04 for 1680x1050
    • 8007 and 3804 for 1920x1080
    • 8007 and B004 for 1920x1200

  7. Press Ctrl+F and search for ABAAAA3F.
  8. Press F3 three times.

    • CDCCCC3F to set 16:10 aspect ratio

  11. Replace ABAAAA3F with the same value as before.
  12. Following that value, replace 00007042 with:
    • 00009042 to set 16:10 aspect ratio
    • 00009642 to set 15:9 aspect ratio

    • 0000C842 to set 21:9 aspect ratio
  13. Save the file.
  14. Run CT3Config.exe and set 640x480 resolution.
