Download a cracked CT3.exe and place it in the installation folder.
Open CT3.exe with a hex editor such as HxD.
Press Ctrl+F and set Datatype to Hex-values.
Search for 8002 and click OK.
Press F3 once.
Replace 8002 and E001 with:
- 0005 and D002 for 1280x720
- 0005 and 0003 for 1280x768
- 0005 and 2003 for 1280x800
- 0005 and 0004 for 1280x1024
- 5605 and 0003 for 1366x768
- A005 and 8403 for 1440x900
- 4006 and 8403 for 1600x900
- 4006 and 0004 for 1600x1024
- 4006 and B004 for 1600x1200
- 9006 and 1A04 for 1680x1050
- 8007 and 3804 for 1920x1080
- 8007 and B004 for 1920x1200

Press Ctrl+F and search for ABAAAA3F.
Press F3 three times.
Replace ABAAAA3F with:
- CDCCCC3F to set 16:10 aspect ratio
- 5555D53F to set 15:9 aspect ratio
- 398EE33F to set 16:9 aspect ratio
- 54551540 to set 21:9 aspect ratio

Press F3 six times.
Replace ABAAAA3F with the same value as before.
Following that value, replace 00007042 with:
- 00009042 to set 16:10 aspect ratio
- 00009642 to set 15:9 aspect ratio
- 0000A042 to set 16:9 aspect ratio
- 0000C842 to set 21:9 aspect ratio
Save the file.
Run CT3Config.exe and set 640x480 resolution.
