Windows
- The controller works natively as a DirectInput controller; use XInput Wrapper to add XInput compatibility. Also see DS4Windows and DS4Windows J2K which allows the controller to be connected at startup.
- You may want to enable the option "Hide DS4 Controller" so that some games don't detect two controllers at once, as well as "Start Minimized".
Supported Games
- While most games require XInput, some games have native support for DirectInput and the Dualshock 4. These include Far Cry 4 and Assassin's Creed Unity.
Other information
- Worn analog sticks are a known issue. If the controller is still under warranty contact Sony or the retailer for replacement instructions.[1] Worn sticks can also be replaced manually (follow this guide).
