  1. unpack the cracked SegaGT.exe with upx packer
  2. open the file in a hexeditor
  3. goto offset A5F0C and change the 01 into 00
  4. goto offset 8922C and change 4D01 into A600
  5. goto offset 89258 and change 4D01 into A600
  6. goto offset 897B4 and change 4D01 into A600
  7. replace all the hexvalues 0000F041 into 00007042, there are twelve of them
