Patch includes:

- New savegame folder ["Engine/savegame"] (don't forget to create or extract it too);
- Dialogue synchronization with current fps;
- Maps and items fix for the most common display resolutions;

- Improved stability by disabling broken autosave system;
- Isolation for QTE\Grain\Flashing animations;
- New debug hotkeys.

Game crashes randomly
- The game may crash in certain areas, such as entering the Shepherd House.

Run the game at screen refresh rate
- Fullscreen mode defaults to 60 or 100 Hz, even if the screen refresh rate is set higher than that.[1]

- Start the game once and close it to allow the configuration file of Special K to be created.
- Open

Some sounds only come out of the right speaker

Alternatively, a "Headphones" setting might resolve this issue as well.
