Widescreen resolution

The game offers a resolution and screen mode selection on first start-up, and in-game (via 'Change res (if things look too small' option).
If wrong resolution is selected when starting up, one must play through the first level in order to reach the 'Menu' to access the resolution menu (or manually change resolution).
