Slow/choppy cutscenes

  1. Go to %APPDATA%\Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Profiles\
  2. Go into the profile name and open Options.ini
  3. Find the following text: IdealStaticGameLOD =
  4. Change the value after the equal sign to either Medium, High or UltraHigh. Possible values are UltraHigh, High, Medium, Low or VeryLow.
