dgVoodoo

Fixes many issues with the game:

Removes the DirectX resolution limit.
Makes it possible to select resolutions with 32 bit color option in the video settings menu.
Can be used to force anti-aliasing without rendering issues.
Can be used to force different resolutions (can cause small artifacts, see Widescreen resolution for a better fix).
Fixes low frame rate issue.
