Use either 50Hz or 100Hz if your monitor is capable. If using G-Sync/FreeSync, use a third-party tool to cap the frame rate at 50 fps or leave it uncapped for 100 fps. Only leave it uncapped if your PC is capable of delivering 100 fps consistently. |
