Warriors Orochi[Note 1] is a singleplayer and multiplayer third-person hack and slash game developed by Omega Force and published by Koei and Noviy Disk. It is a part of the Warriors Orochi franchise within the larger Warriors series.

The game was first released on PlayStation 2 in Japan on March 21, 2007 before porting to PC. PC port, which comes with higher resolution, better shading and adjustable graphic options compared to PlayStation 2 version, was first released on March 20, 2008[2] in Japan while English version was released on March 25, 2008 for North America, and on March 28, 2008 for Europe region where it also includes French and German languages. Traditional Chinese version was released on April 2, 2008[3] followed by Russian version which was released on May 14, 2009.[4]

Although the game includes SafeDisc DRM, it is not affected by the missing SafeDisc DRM driver.
