  1. Download the Warhammer: Mark of Chaos Performance Fix
  2. Navigate to <path-to-game>.
  3. Rename binkw32.dll to binkw23.dll
  4. Extract binkw32.dll from the downloaded archive to the game's folder

This fix only supports the latest version of the game (v2.14).
