The frame rate option allows to select a 30 fps cap as the game claims to be desigend to be played with 30 fps. However, the FPS are just half of your refresh rate and with 60 fps at your full refresh rate. So you should also make sure to play at 60 Hz when wanting to use that feature. Use unlimited for no cap.
