I disagree; the glossary page lists many programs for which this can be accomplished, and I'm fairly certain they all work in the same exact way. The glossary page for borderless windowed is already linked on the left table. You shouldn't need to specify anything unless you had to take atypical steps to get it working.
Now 30fps cap isn't anywhere (?) in the article http://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Dark_Souls:_Prepare_to_Die_Edition Why to remove information? Not every console port is locked to 30fps.
