Additional verification for skip intro and FOV fix needed.

The skip intro fix does not work on the current GOG version. While it does skip the intros, it leaves you on the "press start" screen and does not react to any key input. The archive contains a separate dll for the Steam version so it would be great if someone could give it a quick test to see if the same thing happens.

The FOV fix was done on a previous version (exe version says 5.4.2 (probably the Unity version), current is 5.4.3) and is probably outdated as well. The hex offsets are different and just replacing the exe with the one provided throws up a Unity error at launch. However it isn't specified if this fix was done on the Steam or GOG version, so if someone could try that as well (maybe an older branch is available there?).

Tested with current GOG version which is stated as 1.08 (same content as the "Camera & Voice Patch" on Steam). With no replies I'm inclined to remove both fixes in the near future.

Edit 2018-01-04: Retested with GOG version 1.0, both fixes work there. Will put this info in the notes section.

Can confirm the FOV fixes (edit hex and replacement exe) don't work on Steam v5.4.3 as at Sep 7th 2019. As mentioned, the hex offsets don't match the instructions

Summary by Daft inquisitor

Nevermind, turns out it was some driver compatibility issues with the controller/computer itself. I feel like a fool.

Not sure if anyone else has seen this or has a fix, but I'm having trouble getting the Xbox One controller working properly with Yooka-Laylee. It seems like it doesn't want to recognize the triggers AT ALL, which means I can't crouch and get past the second tutorial area. At all. It's very frustrating.

Using Windows 10, and triggers are working in other games, so it's not a controller issue in and of itself, I don't think.

The game clearly uses some AA, but there's no option in the settings.
