I noticed the table entry for Multiple monitorshas the claim that the game crashes when a new game starts, with a "citation needed" tag appended.
The game does not crash for me using an NVIDIA GeForce 710M on an external 1680x1050 monitor.
One line summary: No crashes on external 1680x1050 monitor using NVIDIA GeForce 710M, Windows 8 64 bit, 4096MB RAM, DirectX 11, Acer Aspire V3.
More details: laptop's Intel HD Graphics 4000 used for both laptop and external monitor displays, except for selected programs as configured in nvidia's control panel version 4.8.760.0. Nvidia is set to select its GPU for program Reus, using default global settings. See screenshots http://i.imgur.com/7QLs3V1.png and http://i.imgur.com/eO4JIh8.png
What I tested with a 1680x1050 HP monitor plugged in via VGA cable:
What I observed:
Memory used was 996 MB, 1600 MB used by other apps, leaving 1300 MB still free. CPU remained below 20%.
