It hasn't been updated in years, the soundtrack for courge of Armagon soundtrack is badly ripped, and the version of Darkplaces it is bundled with is sorely outdated. In my opinion OpenRift's Vanilla Restoration Patch fixes things better than Ultimate Quake Patch and any source port can be applied on top of it although the music files need to be moved and renamed to their respective folders.
