FOV fix tip does not work for me. LifeIsStrange.exe version is 1.0.8623.0

Windows 8 Pro

The complete section in my "C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\Life Is Strange\LifeIsStrangeGame\Config\LifeIsStrangeEngine.ini" is:

[Engine.LocalPlayer]

AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainYFOV

It was the only occurrence of "maintain" in the file, and I just changed X to Y. I don't have a change in the game, though. I know that the FOV should be significantly higher, just like it worked in Styx, but the FOV isn't affected. Starting a new game doesn't help. The above file is also still just like I quoted it.

Btw., the FOV fix tip says to search for "[AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainXFOV]" and change it accordingly, but the brackets are probably an editing error, the real text format is different (without brackets).

Wonderful! Came home yesterday evening, found out that frustratingly, yet another developer completely failed the most primary things: Interface. That's a problem for this (otherwise possibly stellar) product, anyway: The warning messages at the beginning are shown for a much too short time to read them (not that I personally want to), and the sliders (e.g. screen size) move and change size when you are trying to use them - perfect retardation. Plus the original horz FOV on 16:9 for me evidently was TWENTYFIVE degrees.

So I tossed a note in here and moved on. This morning, my personal savior notifies me that he added a working solution. :D A perfect example for "Internet".

I improved the entry somewhat: Used F-keys so the primary keys stay free, also many options from F1 to F10, ranging from 25° to 130°. Thanks again!
