Your web browser still displays the old image, the cached version. It does that to load images faster when visiting same page. All you need is to delete the cache in your web browser. Example, "Clear browsing data" for Chrome, and delete just "Cached image and files" for "the past hour" or "day". It will then load the new image. It's not a glitch. It's the way your broser does.
Next time, try contacting the admins by posting to their talk page, rather than opening a thread on a game page.
Oh you were right thats werid that has never happened to me before its always auto updates thanks and sorry for opening a thread here. I just was frustrated and wasn't really thinking straight when I uploaded it like 7 times and when I posted the question here also had my nerves up with the fact my email being out there for everyone to see which I didn't realize when I originally uploaded the pic a while ago lol but thanks agin :)
