Laggy menus

Has anyone been able to resolve laggy menus? This occurs to me when the game is installed on m.2, sata SSD or mechanical 7200rpm drive.

Some people say it resolves after a full system reboot, which I’ve done numerous times and it simply doesn’t work for me.

I’m really at loss here and out of ideas

Update on the issue.

Someone from Steam forums figured out a solution. If you are using any external DACs or USB headsets, just unplug those and everything will work just fine.
