Issues unresolved[edit]

Leon Mission 1-1 Co-op glitch[edit]

The professor may get stuck on a table and a chair in the ballroom

Workaround[citation needed]

Wait at the checkpoint for 2 to 3 minutes.

Jake Mission 4-4 Co-op glitch[edit]

Some players may be dropped upon entering the level.

Chris Mission 4-4 Co-op glitch[edit]

After collecting the three passcodes, you enter a quicktime event; the co-op partner might not see the enemies needed to be shot.

Complete that section in single-player, and continue the game upon boarding the plane.

Issues fixed[edit]

ERROR 08[edit]

Crashes the game during prelude.

Lower graphics settings[7]

Turning down graphics settings temporarily during prelude may improve stability long enough to allow you to progress past that stage.

ERR09: Unsupported function[edit]

Occurs if the used resolution is unsupported.

Edit configuration file[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open Config.ini.
  3. In the [DISPLAY] section, set FullScreen="OFF", or create those sections and lines as necessary.
