New Horizons[Note 1] is a singleplayer strategy and Tactical RPG game developed and published by Koei. It is the first second in the Uncharted Waters series, a sub-series of the Rekoeition Game series.

Originally released on PC-9801 on February 10, 1993, the game was later ported to multiple platforms. It received an localized North America release on DOS in 1994. The Windows version was first released on February 8, 2002. As part of the Kou Shibusawa Archives, the game was re-released internationally by Koei Tecmo on Steam on October 18, 2017 under the title of Uncharted Waters II, though the Steam release does not have the English language option that the DOS version has.
