Matlock glitch vent duct

At Mai Lin's bedroom, Matlock (the woman), crawls inside a vent duct to go to another place, but when says "keep going, keep going, the hatch is down but she can pass through it anyway. The Trimorph follows her right through the closed hatch, catches up, and kills her. If this happen, the savegame will corrupt ALL the saves. The workaround below it dosen't work, even if the game is set in english from the beginning.

Workaround: DO NOT SAVE in the Mai Lin's bedroom.

Matlock gets up inside a vent duct

At Mai Lin's bedroom, Matlock (the woman), crawls inside a vent duct to go to another place, but when says "keep going, keep going", she gets up inside the vent and gets stuck in the "room". She can walk standing in the duct without following the 2D background and doesn't do the transitions to other rooms.[1]

Doing some research, although the game is fully patched, this bug appears when the game is in Spanish and Italian, but doesn't when the game is in English or French. Other languages are untested because the version tested only have these four languages.

Workaround: Put the game in English or French and revert back after the vent [2]

1. Save the game in the near save point. Exit the game.

2. Change language to English (or French):

Create [MartianENG.reg] and add to registry

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Martian Gothic]

"Language"="eng"

Notes

Change "eng" to "fre" for French language if you prefer that. Either combination lack the bug.

3. Go through the vent and advance until the next save point. Save and exit the game.

4. Revert back the language (Spanish or Italian):

Create [MartianSPA.reg] and add to registry

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Martian Gothic]

"Language"="spa"

Notes

Change "spa" to "ita" for Italian language.

5. Load your last game and continue.

Recommended and tested[3] ImageCFG to use it alongside with Peixoto's patch.

Ending video doesn't play and game crash

Change outro.bik from <path-to-game>\data with this one
Because seems the video can be corrupted but not for all versions, it can be tested using the last RAD Video Tools/Bink and Smacker (Actually Bink 2021.3/Smacker 4.2e) and trying to playing it. If its corrupted it should play with big greens and blues squares. Also MPC-HC doesn't play the video (only the audio) but VLC plays it normally.
