FIFA 22 is a singleplayer and multiplayer sports game co-developed by EA Vancouver and EA Romania and published by Electronic Arts via their EA Sports brand. It is a licensed FIFA game.

It was released on October 1, 2021 alongside the console versions.

It is noted that the PC version lacked all new features that are exclusive to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X versions, namely the HyperMotion Technology.[1]

Following the termination of the licensing agreement between EA and FIFA, the game was made unavailable as a one-time purchase on all digital storefronts on September 28, 2023, and is currently only available as part of the EA Play subscription service.[2]
