Issues fixed

Poor display scaling on higher resolutions

Use Special K.
  1. Install Special K.
  2. Run the game from the Special K launcher.
  3. Set the display mode to Windowed Borderless.
  4. Click on Display Resolution.
  5. Click on D3D9 Render Mod Tools, then click Reload All Textures.
  6. Click Install Wrapper DLL.
  7. Exit the game, then relaunch it from Steam.

Notes

The game will still render internally at 720p but will otherwise no longer exhibit any pixelation artefacts.
