Change game/desktop resolutions[2]
  1. Change the desktop resolution of Windows to 1024x768
  2. Launch the game and change the resolution of the game to 1024x768 as well.
  3. Change the desktop resolution back to normal.
  4. Launch the game and set the game to run in Full screen mode.

    Ran with the -EpicPortal command added to a desktop shortcut. Was able to get into the game and play 5 minutes of it with no issues, even offline.
