  1. Download and run DxWnd.
  2. Click on Edit, then Add.
  3. Set the name and executable path.
  4. Set the window position and size.
  5. Set Desktop for borderless fullscreen windowed.
  6. Click on Input tab, set Cursor clipper to On.
  7. Click on DirectX tab, set DirectX9.
  8. Click OK, then File and Save.

  2. Set Polling Rate to 125 Hz.

Limit your framerate to 60 fps[8]
  1. Open Nvidia Control Panel.
  2. Click on Manage 3D settings.
  3. Select Program settings.
  4. Select Add and add DTRPC.EXE.
  5. Click Max Frame Rate, select 60 fps and save.
