Widescreen resolution

Edit config file[4]
  1. Edit <path-to-game>\bin\standard.feel with a text editor.
  2. Find a line that starts with ScreenWidth and edit its value to the desired screen width.
  3. Find a line that starts with ScreenHeight and edit its value to the desired screen height.
  4. Save the changes and launch the game.

Notes

Hor+: FOV autoadjusts to the selected resolution.
Changing in-game settings will revert the changes.

Windowed

Use DxWnd[citation needed]
  1. Launch DxWnd and add a new element to the list.
  2. In Main tab.
    1. Specify the Name for the entry (any).
    2. Specify the Path to the game's exe file - <path-to-game>\bin\game.exe.
    3. Under Position panel, specify the same width (W) and height (H) as the game's resolution.
  3. Under Video tab enable following options:
    1. Prevent Win Maximize
    2. Recover screen mode
  4. Under Input tab enable Hook dinput (in DirectInput panel).
  5. Under DirectX select:
    1. DirectX Version Hook - DirectX8.
    2. Emulation - Primary Surface.
  6. Click OK and launch the game, while having DxWnd running in the background.
