Issues fixed[edit]

"Failed to create display" NullPointerException[edit]

This occurs when 5089 and the GLFW libraries it uses are unable to detect your primary monitor.
Can be caused by remote control software like TeamViewer installing their own monitor drivers.
Reinstall monitors[1]
  1. Click on the Start button and type in Device Manager.
  2. From the list which appears, click the first result.
  3. Click on Monitors.
  4. For each monitor listed, do the following:
    1. Right-click on the monitor in the displayed list.
    2. From the menu which appears, click Update Driver.
    3. From the window which appears, click on Browse my computer for driver software
    4. Click on Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
    5. Select Generic PnP Monitor from the list which is displayed.
    6. Click Next.
Uninstall TeamViewer monitor driver[1]
  1. Open TeamViewer.
  2. Click on Extras.
  3. From the menu which appears, click Options.
  4. On the window which appears, click on Advanced.
  5. If you see a button labeled Show advanced options, click it.
  6. Under Advanced network settings click on Uninstall... next to Install monitor driver.
  7. Click OK.
