Version differences

An updated PC booter release (labelled "New & Improved Version!") was released.
A DOS version (ported from the PC booter re-release) was released as part of The Ultimate Wizardry Archives.
The Macintosh version is a complete rewrite.[1] This version has improvements such as mouse-based menus.
