  1. Start the game's launcher and click on Options.
  2. In Command-Line field type in +fovx XXX +fovy YYY where XXX is the horizontal FOV and YYY is the vertical FOV. Both values are needed, they can be calculated with FOV Calculator.
  3. Make sure Always pass command line arguments to the game is checked.
  4. Click on OK and launch the game.

  1. Download alternate tron launcher
  2. Go to the installation folder.
  3. Delete old launcher and replace it with the new one.

  1. Go to the installation folder.
  2. Right click on TronLauncher.exe and click properties.
  3. Click on the compatibility tab
  4. Check the "Run As Administrator" checkbox. Hit OK on all tabs and launch the game.
  5. You will get the normal prompt but the launcher will start.

Black screen when game launches

Disable desktop composition[citation needed]
  1. Go to the installation folder.
  2. Right-click on Lithtech.exe and choose Properties
  3. Click the Compatibility tab
  4. Click box beside "Disable desktop composition" so checkmark appears
  5. Click OK

Mouse cursor can't be seen in-game

Resolution resets to 640x480 when using widescreen

Bypassing the launcher

  1. In the installation folder, right click "Lichtech.exe" and create a shortcut to it
  2. Right click the newly created shortcut and select "Properties"
  3. Under the "General" tab in the "Target" box, append the following argument to the end (making sure there's a space separating this argument from the main line of text): -cmdfile launchcmds.txt
  4. Click the "Apply" or "OK" button at the bottom and close the dialog window
  5. Use the new shortcut to launch the game without the launcher

Notes

You will still need to start the launcher if you install any new mod for the game to update its settings to include the new mod, but you no longer need to use it to launch the game
