Maybe "Xbox Play Anywhere (limited)" or "Xbox Play Anywhere (sort of)" lol ?

It would be best if we didn't introduce any new terminology, but we'd still need a way to separate it from proper "official" Play Anywhere titles with the shared features you listed.
