That "CODEX" folder in the directory you posted doesn't lie. That directory is for the pirated version.
i get it, however, when i played wwe 2k18 using online i got banned after few weeks. but same thing didnt happened with me in wwe 2k19, infact i downloaded comunity creations despite playing pirated version. yes it's CODEX. when i found a setup, it was uncompressed as the installation size was still same as 50gb.
now i get it what mistake i did in my edit. i put the username that detected it as pirated link.
