Hi! I deleted some infos because they were redundant. I mean, "vsync=true" already means that the option is supported and that can be enabled and disabled in-game. If there wasn't an option to turn on or off vsync in-game it would have been "hackable" (if possible through the graphics card control panel or by using third party software like D3DOverrider) or "false" (if vsync can't even be enabled or disabled through third party methods). I have also shortened the note about the frame rate because... well, just to make it shorter.
