There's a small inconsistency between the two: "wikipedia" and "winehq" are swapped. It's also worth mentioning that sample page lacks the "steam appid side" field (which isn't said being "optional" in template's and syntax guide).

While we're at it, template's syntax guide lacks winporter developer attribute :)

EDIT: Also, the square enix cloud syncying option is missing in cloud save table.

Omission of Square Enix cloud was deliberate (it is only used for a couple of games). The other things you mentioned have been corrected.
