The file boot_pc.bik
doesn't exist on my system. Game version 1.0.5, Bethesda client.
For Intel CPUs, the minimum supported is an Intel Core i5-3570 or a i7-3770.
You could try to see if the game will launch with your CPU, but you're being very CPU-bound - assuming you don't run into the same lack of POPCNT that RAGE 2 was hit with.
Additionally, you could try using some of LowSpecGamer's tweaks for Wolfenstein II and see which ones work for you or in general.
In general though, I would strongly advise a CPU/mobo upgrade for you.
Thanks for your reply ... I installed the game but unfortunately it didn't work and I returned to the desktop after the black screen arrived.
I chose to rename boot_pc.bik and boot_console.bik files that are in the installation foler "\base\bink\boot".
It is the only solution I found if you bought the Bethesda Launcher version of the game.
