I've got the GOG.COM version of Toonstruck and it saves games in Z:\GOG Games\Toonstruck\Toonstruck as Toon.0xx files, where Z is the drive installed to, and Toon.0xx is the savegame name followed by the savegame number, starting at Toon.000

Hi, just checked this using the same version. The path to the savegame in the GOG re-release is actually <path-to-game>\Toonstruck\saves\toon.*. You may want to add this to the Windows save game data location field, since the GOG release uses ScummVM. The initial part of the path that you indicated (GOG Games) is the default location for all games installed through GOG and can be changed in GOG Galaxy settings.
