There's a fan-run GRFS server here with a discord gg link:j58ppBmHaU that seems to have some good info (configuration-faq subchannel). It'd just need to be arranged in a more wiki-friendly way.

Since one was pre-order only and one was a Ubisoft Connect reward and both can't be obtained now, I have a save file that can unlock them both. If that's ok to upload then I'll gladly share it here.
