Crash on the Brigde Zone even on lowest resolition

I am playing on Windows 10. Game crash whenever i am on Wooden Bridge even if i set resolution a vissual effects on minimum. That's -"Crash on the Bridge Zone: There is a crash on modern systems at the bridge area to selecting a resolution of 1920x1080,lowering the resolution of the game to 1600x900 solves the problem"- do NOT work for me. Can someone help me?
