When i searched DotA 2 in outdated versions until 7.19 where was available offline mode available, so Why Valve removed offline mode in 7.19b patch. While i attempted play Practice with bots in offline mode, but game crash. I know Practice with bots in offline mode don't working, but in May 2021 i connected to Internet to play Practice with bots mode.

This is not the place to complain about changes to Dota 2. In fact, PCGamingWiki lacks the connections to even forward such a complaint to the appropriate people within Valve. As such, complaints not connected to the article - which this is not - will go nowhere.

I tested in Source 1 version and working offline mode. But until 7.10 in Source 2 version i can play offline mode...

its possible to play with bots offline, including using custom bots, also its possible to play in lan using the developer console (no user interface as the lobby system need internet) but the bot works in the game interface.
No. This game has have Online Only DRM, you cannot play with bots in offline.
@Posedennetshow I didn't test playing in LAN, but it is possible to play vs bots in offline mode (though it's solo only, and you can't even choose modes like turbo). Demo hero too works offline.
