Any way to replace those with an empty .bik file? Removing them might help with the loading times.

Going by the intro skip steps for this game you may be able to simply move/delete them. If that doesn't work you can try making blank replacements with The RAD Video Tools.

I asked this seeing as I didn't find any video related files, they might be hidden, or if you own the game, where are those located?

The availability thing is set up completely wrong.

ThatOneReaper (talkcontribs)

How so? It lists all available options to buy the game with no preference over the other and the two compilation packs worth mentioning are on the list. There's nothing I see that needs changing.

SN4T14 (talkcontribs)

It lists the versions of the game you can buy in the column for where you can buy it, as seen in the sample article.

ThatOneReaper (talkcontribs)

The availability table is meant to show where someone can get the original version of the game currently. The First Decade and The Ultimate Collection are compilation packs that happen to have the game and its expansion bundled together. Also, The Ultimate Collection bundle is currently the only digital download of the game and is currently in stores. For most people, they don't want to run around Amazon to get a copy of a game when it can be bought through a digital download service.

I wouldn't consider the games bundled in the compilation packs to be separate versions because all EA did was throw all the C&C games together on a CD and patched them all to the latest version. To be considered a separate version, it must have some fairly big changes either in-game or under the hood compared to the original retail game (see the Quake versions section for an idea).

Honestly, this is a very trivial issue.

SN4T14 (talkcontribs)

But shouldn't that be mentioned in the notes for the stores which sell the games?

ThatOneReaper (talkcontribs)

In most cases, yes. But, the two compilation packs the game is available in are big enough to warrant their own articles and have their own issues and patches available. They both have availability info offered.

Again, this is a trivial issue that I'm not willing to look into any further. You're free to change the table if you got a better format for the two packs.

SN4T14 (talkcontribs)

No, that's not my point, my point is, the packs are under the "source(s)" column meant to list stores, not versions of the game, that should go in the notes, like I've set it up now.

Also, Amazon was listed as retail, while it should have been listed as Amazon, because that's where you're buying it from.
