Edit user.ini[1]
  1. Open <path-to-game>\user.ini.
  2. Delete the following lines:
    • splash_screen_start_01_bg = external_logo_frogwares_bg
    • splash_screen_start_02_bg = external_logo_frogwares_bg
    • splash_screen_start_03_bg = logo_ageia
  3. Save your changes.

Game not starting

Fix PhysX installation problems[3]
  1. Uninstall all versions of PhysX on PC.
  2. Remove file PhysXLoader.dll from <path-to-game>\ if you have copied it there previously.
  3. Reboot.
  4. Download and install latest NVIDIA PhysX.
  5. Download and install NVIDIA PhysX Legacy System Software.
  6. Reboot.
Copy PhysXLoader.dll into game folder[4]
  1. Make sure PhysX is installed.
  2. Locate file PhysXLoader.dll. It should be present in %PROGRAMFILES(X86)%\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common\ in 64-bit Windows and %PROGRAMFILES%\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common\ in 32-bit Windows.
  3. Copy it to <path-to-game>\.
Fix display refresh rate related problem[2]
  1. Switch game to borderless fullscreen windowed mode.
