Field of view (FOV)

This game uses vertical FOV. See FOV Calculator for help.
Using Widescreen Fixer[citation needed]
  1. Launch Widescreen Fixer and select the game from the drop down menu.
  2. Click the settings cog icon, disable Automatically Detect Resolution and enter your display count/resolution manually; otherwise the menu/HUD could be scaled incorrectly.
  3. Adjust the FOV slider to the desired vertical FOV.
  4. Go to the Settings tab and set the toggle hotkey if you wish.
  5. Start the game and once you've passed the start screen with the big eye, use Alt+Tab to go back to the desktop, then you can enable the fix by pressing the hotkey, finally go back to the game.

SMAA

SMAA Anti-Aliasing with SweetFX[1]
Smoother edges than FXAA3HQ option
  1. Download custom SweetFX preset (1.4 version)
  2. Extract archive contents to executable location
Will slightly blur interface lines and text

Notes

  1. 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/222480/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (222480) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
