Issues unresolved
- Due to a bug that is yet to be fixed the game difficulty will always reset back to easy on game load or saved game load. However the menu will still show "hard" or "nightmare" when the game is actually set to easy.
| Set difficulty to easy. Go back into the game. Set difficulty to hard or nightmare. Apply this fix every time the game loads. Some reports suggest player might have to go to another settlement to actually see the changes.[6] |

Got 2nd place in racing mission despite no-one in front of player
- An NPC driver can be placed ahead of where they should be, meaning if they get stuck off-track, the player cannot achieve 1st place.

- If the player lacks the in-game requirements for the Project Dagger mission, the player can be rendered unable to progress.

- In some cases, Overdrive does not charge when killing enemies or using an Overdrive Infuser. [12][13]
