Manual fix
  1. Go to %USERPROFILE%Documents\My Games\Marvel Heroes\MarvelGame\Config
  2. Open WillowEngine.ini.
  3. Find:
    StartupMovies=2K_logo
    StartupMovies=UE3_logo
    StartupMovies=Startup_GazillionLogo
    StartupMovies=Startup_MarvelHeroesLogo
    
  4. Replace it with:
    ;StartupMovies=2K_logo
    ;StartupMovies=UE3_logo

  5. Save changes.
